하지만 명령보다 더 중요한 것이 있습니다.

그것은 명령한 분이 누구시냐는 것입니다.

또 어떤 분이시냐는 것입니다.

 

마태복음28:16부터 보면

"하늘과 땅의 모든 권세를 내게 주셨으니"라고 말씀하고 있습니다.

아~모든 권세를 가지신 분이 명령하는거구나...

이 세상 모든 것에 대해 내 것이라고 말씀하시는 분이 명령하시는 거구나...

 

놀라운 것은 명령하시는 분이

또한 책임도 지시는 분이시라는 것입니다.

우리가 명령 그대로 순종하기만 하면 책임지십니다.

 

여호수아와 이스라엘 백성에게

요단강으로 들어가라 명령하시면 책임지십니다.

 

아브라함에게 내가 네게 지시한 곳으로 가라 명령하시면

무슨 일이 있어도 약속한 곳에 도착하게 하십니다.

 

느헤미야에게 무너진 성벽을 재건하라 명령하셨으면

성벽을 재건할 뿐 아니라

그 위에서 뛰어도 될 정도로 튼튼하게 세우시는 분입니다.

 

약속하시면 지키시는 하나님.
